Need I say more?! 🙂
I want to encourage you, each Sunday, to take the “sip” for this week and really let it soak in. Sip on it daily . . . hourly . . . minute by minute if you need to or can! Wear a beeper/buzzer/timer (or even on your phone or computer) that you can set to go off at regular intervals (10 minutes, 30, or every hour, etc) – and when it does, say the verse – out loud if you can (there is power in the spoken word!), meditate on it, and let it soak down deep into your heart and mind.
I guarantee that by doing this – you will not only have 44 new scriptures memorized by the end of the year, but your kids might too, and your life will be transformed! How do I know? Because God’s word does not return void:
Isaiah 55:10-11 As the rain and the snow
   come down from heaven,
and do not return to it
   without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish,
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
Thanks for the reminder to sip!

Thanks for stopping by to sip! 🙂 Blessings!
Very nice reminder to sip the word of God. 🙂 That is what we all need to be at peace even during times of trouble and doubt. Thanks for sharing it to the world. 🙂
