Happy Thanksgiving!
Moms – I hope you are able to sit back, relax and enjoy today!
I’m sure many of you have worked long and hard baking, stirring, measuring, decorating, tasting (a benefit of being the cook!) and more. But I pray you truly are able to fully relax and give thanks for all the blessings in your life (big and small).
Maybe you didn’t cook today (lucky!) – or maybe you are helping your mom (or aunt, grandma, friend) in the turkey preparations.
No matter what you did (or didn’t do) to prepare for this delicious (and somewhat gluttonous) holiday . . . Enjoy it and have some fun!
And like this cartoon says . . . we really should be celebrating “thanks-giving” every day!
Try it! There is always something we can be thankful for!
Today – I am thankful for my wonderful husband of 19+ years, my 5 fabulous kids, my fantasticly loving and Godly family, my marvelous in-laws (we say In-Love instead), my house, finances to feed and clothe my kids and so much more! God is good – and I wouldn’t be here without Him (literally)!!
